Pack Your Items
Securely place your items and the packing slip in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
